Summer’s Over!

It’s November, and summer is finally over in Central Arizona!

On the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, I was set up at the Annual AOTS Fall Studio Tour. The weather was great, sales were okay.

On Friday the 1st, we attended the opening of the Carmody Foundation’s 8th Art for Good Project opening at the Sisau Gallery in Phoenix. 124 artists applied for one of 10 grants. I was awarded one of the grants. I had to create an original work that would be donated to a local non-profit to be used in their fundraising efforts. My painting “Regeneration” was selected by Hospice of the Valley. The opening was nice. we received the balance of the grant money, and made some great contacts in the Phoenix art scene. “Regeneration” and three paintings hanging for sale will be on exhibit at the Sisau until October 27. Admission is free to the general public, parking is free.

I will be taking Giclees (high quality prints) of my recent work, as well as my Greeting Cards and Christmas Cards. I will also be bringing my famous CD flowers. I have added some new galleries to my Face Book page for Western Art, Greeting Cards, and Christmas Cards.

As usual, all of my Giclees and original painting are available for purchase.
