Time has really passed ! I've been working in my studio doing Floral still lives. I just completed 12 16”x16” pieces. It was a nice diversion from my regular surrealism style. I truly enjoyed doing the floral still lives because it gave me the opportunity to play with form texture, form, patterns and color.
I need to tell you about an exciting thing that happened to me; I received a grant from the Arizona Commission on the Arts. Now I am back into the studio doing my surrealism on large canvases. I am very excited to have this opportunity. It is going to be fun painting larger because I can add more depth, detail, texture, and have a sense of body motion as I paint my artwork.
Another exciting thing that happened to me is that I am now being represented by U- gallery. I will be placing 12 pieces of my artwork onto this platform for 6 months. Please check it out.
